We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy with your Lurend for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@getlurend.com and we'll walk you through the return process.

Items must be returned in their original condition. Once we receive your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us right away with photos and we'll make it right — replacement or refund, your choice.
